The hotel had beautiful rooms with large Queen Beds and wonderful bedding, and a lovely balcony for enjoying coffee. However, the check-in process was frustrating as our early check-in request was not accommodated efficiently. The late check-out confirmation was also unclear, leading to some inconvenience.
The hotel offers clean and new rooms with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the golf course and pond at affordable prices. The service was accommodating, especially on the evening shift, despite some minor delays. The location is convenient for exploring the Okanagen Valley and was close to good dining spots and local shopping. The dining experience provided a decent selection, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I was a bit frustrated with the delay in getting our room ready despite making an early check-in request, but once settled, the room was clean with a great view. Having two washrooms was a bonus for convenience, and the spaciousness and comfort of the beds were impressive. The service was always friendly and helpful, especially with accommodating our early departure with bagged breakfasts. The location was ideal for winery visits and had a good selection of dining options nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of well-prepared breakfast selections. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.
